do you need financial assistance?
Your child may be eligible for the Opportunity Scholarship! The North Carolina General Assembly created the OS program in 2013 to help families pay tuition for eligible private schools. Find out if you qualify!
tuition & fees
Tuition and fees are subject to change. All rates are per student in the K5 – 12th grade for the 2025-2026 school year. Some fees are non-refundable. To confirm rates, contact the Financial Office.
tuition discounts
FCA provides two types of tuition discounts. First, families receive a $750 discount for each additional child enrolled from the same household. Second, FCA offers a separate discount for families who pay their tuition in full: $250 off for the first student and $150 off for each additional student from the same household. These discounts aim to make FCA’s high-quality education more affordable, thereby strengthening the school’s supportive community.
have questions about your payment options?
Payment information
Payment plans are set up by the responsible party during the enrollment process each school year for new and returning students. You can choose a 10-month, 2-installment, or 1-time payment plan. Each family is sent a Financial Summary based on your choice of payment plan. This summary will breakdown all of the known charges for the school year. Please keep in mind lunch, sports fees, field trips, music lesson fees, and more are not included in the payment plan. These are considered incidental charges and are billed as they arise. For a full list of non-refundable fees, view a copy of the Parent/Student Handbook!
